We have three rooms on three separate floors with lift access to accommodate your conference or event.
Both our Oak and Fern rooms are attractively appointed overlooking Hagley Park, with their own deck and terrace respectively, and have capacity for between 60 and 200 attendees.
Rooms may be hired individually, or in combination, and there is also an option to have use of both the Fern and Oak rooms exclusively.

Notes
- All rates are GST exclusive
- Use of furniture (tables and chairs) as supplied in each room are included
- Non-catered events will incur an additional 20% fee
- Gate coverage for parking may be required for some events at $30.00 per hour
