Beverages
Drinks are an important part of a celebration, and so we provide a four options to suit your event, taste and budget:
- On Account - We keep a total of what is consumed at your event, either your pre-agreed selections, or the choices you’ve allowed your guests, and then charge it to your account
- Cash Bar – Your guests will be able to choose from our range of beverages and pay for their own selections at the time at a cash bar that we manage for you
- Beverage Packages – Specified beverages are provided for the duration of your function (up to 8 hours) for a fixed price per person
- Cocktail Packages – Our Cocktail Packages provide a combination of drinks and snacks for your guests and can be a very cost effective option

Beverage Packages
The Atrium offers three fixed price Beverage Packages. These packages run for the duration of your function, i.e. from pre-dinner drinks until midnight, up to 8 hours.
The Beer & Soft Drinks package has been designed for those who want to BYO sparking and still wines with a beverage handling charge of $7.50 per bottle or per person (you choose), and provide other options for their guests at a fixed price. The Select and Premium options both include sparkling and still wines as part of the package.
We are happy to provide guidance on popular wine varieties and quantities of each normally used. If you run short, we can provide wines at the prices noted above.
